Hiram Service Status Website

You can find the Hiram College Service Status website at http://status.hiram.edu/.

This page contains a list of all of Hiram’s wired and wireless services (such as campus internet, cable TV, Moodle, Banner, Learning House, etc.) and each service’s current status. If the service is currently up and running, it’s status will be labelled as “Operational.” When all services are up and running, the banner at the top of the page will display an “All Services are Operational” message. Underneath the list of services is an event log that contains records of any downtime Hiram’s services have experienced.

At the very top of the page, there will be a navigation pane with three options, “Current Status,” “Search,” and “Escalation.”

“Current Status” – Clicking on this link will take you to the main page described above.

“Search” – Clicking on this link will take you to a page which shows you a more complete event log where you are allowed to search for specific events.

“Escalation” – Clicking on this link will take you to a page containing information on where to report any issues that are encountered with Hiram’s services.
